SMILE! You know you want too… These are vanilla cookies (a new recipe), but turned out pretty good if I do say so myself.
A friend wanted my to make her smiley face cookies, so here they are. Honestly, you can’t help but smile when you see them. They are similar to other cookies I have made which were a mixture of star and smiley faces, but were made out of sugar cookies.
This was an exhausting creation, but I would do it again in a heart beat! It’s a chocolate cake frosting with Italian Merginue Buttercream (IMBC), which I have to say tastes so good!! It’s almost liked whipped cream.
Its yet another birthday…what is it with all these people born in April?! My brother was born in April, but this cake wasn’t for him. It’s a dense chocolate cake with oreo cookies and decorated with heavnly whipped cream.
Ok I know for those non-vegetarians out there you wouldn’t pick this as your first choice for dessert, but believe me when I say this is to die for! It is very moist and chocolate and you definitely can’t stop at one – why would you anyway? Plus it has a chocolate sour cream frosting to top it all off! Yum, yum!
I also do apologise for the terrible photo, there was a problem with my camera (technology!) and I had to resort to using the camera on my mobile. Next time I make this again, I will take a better photo – if it doesn’t get eaten.
This was a rich chocolate cake with vanilla whipped cream and sprinkled with cocoa powder. I wish I could’ve had a bite of the 
scrumptious looking cake, but it was not for me. I’ll have to make another one just for me…
