This is one of my new favourites – passionfruit butter cake with cream cheese frosting. It’s also my husband’s favourite, mainly because the frosting isn’t too sweet.
I’m tempted to try a passion fruit sponge, but the butter cake version is just so tasty!!
Ok, well not really flower power, but I thought these whipped creamed creations resembled flowers. (It may be my crazy imagination though!)
It’s been a while since I last updated my blog, but I have been baking (my world isn’t sane otherwise), I’ve just been too lazy to upload my photos!
Anyway, this is a goey chocolate cake with vanilla whipped cream, decorated with slivers of almonds.
