Tomorrow is UN Day, which is for those of you who aren’t familiar with it is, our United Nations Day Concert at school. All the kids from different countries have been working hard for the past couple of weeks to either put together a food booth, posters or a dance performance. My students are in the dance performance and I thought they may need a little boost of energy and what better way to do that is with chocolate chip brownies.
